Complaints and Requests

Complaints and requests are first of all received by the Office of the Mayor and then forwarded, as the need arises, to the appropriate departments.

All complaints and requests must be submitted in writing, by mail to:

All requests are treated as quickly as possible, depending on the degree of urgency.  We are very concerned to find solutions to the diverse problems that our citizens may encounter, and we ask in return that they collaborate with us, and find the patience that is sometimes needed when it comes to resolving particular situations.
